4. Protection of Your Information

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. However, no online system can be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

5. Cookies

level.net may use cookies to enhance user experience and for tracking purposes. Cookies are small files that a site transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enable the site to recognise your browser and capture certain information. For more details, please see our Cookies Policy.

6. Data Sharing & Storage

To provide and improve our services, Level may store your data and share it with trusted third parties. These third parties assist us in operating our website, delivering services, and enhancing your experience.

7. The AI Readiness Assessment

If you complete the AI Readiness Assessment on level.net, we process what you send us in order to produce and email you the written report you asked for. This section describes that processing specifically, and applies in addition to the rest of this policy.

What we collect

  • Your answers to the assessment questions.
  • Your name, company, role and email address.
  • Your telephone number, if you choose to give it. This field is optional and the assessment works without it.
  • Technical submission details, being the date and time you submitted, how you reached the form (for example a referring website or a campaign link), and the consent choices you made. We also use the IP address of your connection to limit repeated automated submissions. That address is held briefly for that purpose alone and is not saved to our database.

How we use it

  • Your answers are analysed by an AI system, Anthropic's Claude, running through Level's own infrastructure, which drafts your report.
  • Every report is read and approved by a person at Level before it is sent to you. No report reaches you automatically, and no decision about you is made by the AI system on its own.
  • Your submission and the report produced from it are stored in Level's database, which is hosted by Supabase.
  • Your report is delivered to you by email through Resend.

Our lawful basis

  • Legitimate interests: preparing and sending you the report you asked us for, and keeping a record of it.
  • Consent: sending you marketing. We do this only if you ticked the separate marketing box when you submitted the assessment. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and withdrawing it does not affect your report.

How long we keep it

We keep assessment submissions, and the reports produced from them, for 24 months from the date of submission. After that period they are deleted.

Your rights over assessment data

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about your assessment, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@level.net and we will deal with your request.

If you go on to book a conversation with us, that booking is handled by Cal.com, which processes your booking details under its own privacy policy.

8. Third-party Links

Occasionally, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Therefore, we have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

9. Your Rights

Under UK law, you have the right to:

  • Request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal data held by us.
  • Object to or restrict processing of your personal data.
  • Request transfer of your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices and services. When we make changes to this policy, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
